SOUTHERLY 110 – Norman James

Norman James is a Southerly 110 (hull #60), built in 2006 and named after the writer NJ Crisp.

She is Southerly Blue over Ivory White with Biscuit gelcoat on non-slip areas. Internal joinery is in solid American Cherry with Indigo upholstery in the saloon and Sand upholstery in the cabins. There is a large double berth in the stern cabin and in the forecabin a single berth to port that converts to a double. The saIoon table can be dropped and converted to make another large double bed.

She’s in great condition and we’ve spent over £11,000 in 2023/2024,

  • New TecSew canvas sprayhood, bimini and stackpack,
  • complete replacement of sanitary hosing
  • a new heat exchanger and exhaust elbow
  • a new bow-thruster motor
  • replacement depth transducer
  • replacement gas piping, etc.

When we bought her we had Northshore move the mainsheet track to the coach roof, freeing up useful space in the cockpit. She is also fitted with stainless steel Simson swivelling davits which we use to carry our 2.4m HonWave dinghy (not included). In addition to the standard 205 litre water tank, an additional switchable 105 litre tank has been fitted, together with a holding tank for extended voyages.

Norman James is located in Chichester Marina and is available immediately for £120,000.
